METRO Youth provides a range of services for young LGBTQ people aged 16-25...
We run youth groups across different boroughs in south London and Medway. Each group offers the chance to get support from one of our youth workers, to socialise with other young LGBTQ people, to learn about topics such as coming out and different aspects of health, as well as getting involved with trips and visits to events across London and the south-east. The groups run as 'closed groups' so you need to get in touch with one of our team of youth workers first at email@example.com or on 020 8305 5004. We will then set-up a one-to-one meeting with one of our team to assess how best to support your involvement in our groups and beyond.
A new weekly group starting up in Lambeth for young people aged 13-19. METRO Star is funded by the Young Lambeth Cooperative.

METRO Stand Out
Fortnightly group meets every other Tuesday from 6-8pm in Rochester. As well as meetings looking at a range of health topics and fun activities, the Stand Out! group also planned and delivered Medway's first LGBTQ youthsummit called 'Stand Out: The Outing' in May 2015.
We also have a range of other services at METRO that we can link you up with including counselling, sexual health clinics and victim support. We also work together with other organisations who can provide specialised support in areas such as housing.
For more information about any of our youth groups call 020 8305 5000 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org. Your enquiry will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Joan - First Point
Thank you so much for taking time to listen to me and truly understand how I am feeling. This is the only appointment I've had regarding HIV that didnít feel rushed.
Kwasi - Mentoring
During the 6 month programme, I developed a close relationship with my mentor. Knowing that I would have to talk to him honestly about what I did in the previous 2 weeks somehow forced me to be safe every time I had an encounter.
Michael - Counselling
I gained a huge amount of help from the counselling service and would like to thank the service for offering so much support.
